School conducts tree plantation programme

KARIMNAGAR: In order to encourage students to learn and care about the protection of nature and the environment, Paramita High School in Karimnagar town on Monday conducted a vanamahotsavam, a massive tree plantation programme, at its school premises in Mankammathota locality.

Participating as chief guest, Deputy Conservator of Forests D. Bheema explained to the students the importance of protecting nature and wildlife. He called upon the younger generation to actively grow plants and look out for the welfare of the environment.
