Kochhar Group forms venture with Pinkerton

CHENNAI: The Kochhar Group on Tuesday announced a strategic joint venture alliance with Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations Inc., the largest and the oldest investigation company in the world. Pinkerton is a wholly owned subsidiary of Securitas, a leader in security and allied services with revenues in excess of $7.5 billion. Securitas has 2.25 lakh employees in 1,100 offices spread across 30 countries. The new venture will incorporate a 51:49 equity partnership between Pinkerton and the Kochhar Group, says a release.
