Security concern for Hasina

DHAKA: Fresh concern has been voiced over the personal security of the Bangladesh Opposition leader Sheikh Hasina because of the authorities' action in frequently changing the gunmen entrusted with providing security to her. Sources said the recent appointment of five gunmen — three of whom were reportedly former activists of the Islami Chhatra Shibir, the militant students' wing of Jamaat-e-Islami — had caused concern.
