Thrissur: The Elephant Lovers' Association has alleged that the shooting of the Malayalam film `Anachantham,' featuring the elephant Mangalakunnu Ganapathi, violates the 1975 Performing Animals Rules. It has sent a memorandum to the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Animal Welfare Board and Central Board of Film Certification.
