HYDERABAD: Police busted a racket of securing visas by submitting fabricated documents, with the arrest of two persons here on Tuesday. Fourteen passports and fake bank statements, income tax returns and trade invitation letters were seized from the alleged kingpin of the racket Syed Imaduddin Qadri. A client Md. Liyaqatullah, who approached Qadri for processing a visa to Australia, was also taken into custody, a police press release said. The Hyderabad police Task Force (South) team led by Additional DCP K.V. Venkat Reddy raided Qadri's house at Hussainialam. During interrogation, he admitted that he had been processing visas for England and Australia using forged documents by collecting huge money from people aspiring to go abroad for jobs. The two arrested persons were handed over to Hussainialam police along with the seized documents for further investigation.
