ORS Week observance

KOZHIKODE: Minister for Forest Benoy Viswom will formally inaugurate the State-level Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) Week at a function at IMA Hall here on July 23.

A.K. Abdul Khader, Indian Medical Association (IMA) district president, and Mohammed Ashraf, secretary, Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) Calicut Branch, told reporters here on Wednesday that the ORS Week was being observed as part of the effort to highlight the importance of administering ORS to children with diarrhoea.
