ONGC Videsh MoU with PetroEcuador

NEW DELHI: ONGC Videsh on Wendesday signed an MoU with Ecuador State oil company PetroEcuador to bid jointly for oil and gas blocks in Ecuador and other countries. OVL shall also study investments in liquid natural gas in Ecuador, official sources said.
