Reliance slashes ILD rates

MUMBAI: Reliance Communications has announced slashing of international long distance (ILD) call rates by up to 66 per cent. The new rates will enable Reliance customers to call all numbers in the U.S., Canada and Southeast Asia at Rs. 4.50 a minute while calls to the U.K. on landline or mobile will cost Rs. 6 and Rs. 8 a minute, respectively. All calls to Gulf countries will cost Rs. 8 a minute while calls to Australia and New Zealand are now at Rs. 6 a minute against the earlier Rs. 18. These new tariffs are the lowest in the country and will be available on Reliance Global Call card across all denominations.
