Shivani case

New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Wednesday moved the Supreme Court in the Shivani Bhatnagar murder case challenging the Delhi High Court order, directing the trial court to decide their plea against showing the case diary to the accused people including former Haryana IGP prisons R K Sharma.

Delhi Police in its petition said since the case diary was a privilege document, it cannot be given to the accused people.
