Pallavan, Vaigai Express trains partially cancelled

CHENNAI: The Pallavan and Vaigai Express trains will run from and to Villupuram on July 23 in view of the line/power block in connection with engineering work at Tindivanam. Train no. 2606 Pallavan Express from Tiruchi will be terminated at Villupuram and operated as train no. 2635 Vaigai Express to Madurai. Train no. 2636 Vaigai Express from Madurai will also be terminated at Villupuram and operated as train no. 2605 Pallavan Express to Tiruchi.

The following will be the pattern of other services on that day. Train nos. 103/104 Chennai Egmore-Pondicherry passenger and train nos. 837/838 Tambaram-Villupuram passenger are cancelled on both directions.

Trains partially cancelled: train no. 195 Tirupati-Pondicherry passenger between Melmaruvathur and Pondicherry; train nos. 6853/6854 Tambaram-Mayiladuthurai Cholan Express between Tambaram and Villupuram.

Trains regulated: Train no. 2642 Nizamuddin-Kanyakumari Thirukkural Express for 20 minutes, short of Tindivanam; train no. 6351 Mumbai CST-Nagercoil Express for 90 minutes at Chengalpattu; train no. 6352 Nagercoil-Mumbai CST Express for 120 minutes at Villupuram and train no. 6128 Guruvayur-Chennai Egmore for 90 minutes at Villupuram.
