Collector warns LPG dealers

HYDERABAD:
Hyderabad Collector R.V. Chandravadan has warned LPG dealers that delivering cylinders to consumers at their godowns would attract severe action including abolition of their dealerships.
At an emergency meeting on Thursday, Mr. Chandravadan felt that an artificial scarcity was created and it was imperative the supply be taken to the doorstep of every house as there was a chance of misuse at the godowns.

Chief Rationing Officer A. Vani Prasad said that except for Hindustan Petroleum, there was no shortage of gas.
