Protest against paper leakage

SHIMLA: Although the Himachal High Court has reserved judgment in the combined Pre Medical Test leakage case, students belonging to Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and Students' Federation of India continued their State-wide protests for another day on Friday.

The organisations staged a dharna on the campus protesting against the alleged leakage of the PMT examination papers and demanded resignation of the Vice-Chancellor and the Controller of Examinations of the Himachal Pradesh University. They also raised slogans against "commercialisation of higher education" and the Govt.'s "pro-market education policies."
