Support for Jamia students

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: The All-India Democratic Students' Organisation (AIDSO) on Saturday condemned alleged brutal assault on students by the Jamia Millia Islamia administration.

Maintaining that the students were only legitimately protesting against discrepancy in the admission process, AIDSO Delhi State Committee's president Prashant Kumar said "we appeal to the students of Jamia Millia University to build a united movement against the existing problems as well as work for democratisation of administration in Jamia Millia University''.
