ANANTAPUR: Topudurthi Kavithamma assumed office as first woman Zilla Parishad Chairperson of Anantapur here on Sunday. District Collector Dasari Kadmial administered the oath of office to Ms. Kavithamma. State Ministers J.C. Diwakar Reddy, N. Raghuveera Reddy, MPs A. Venkatarami Reddy and G. Nizamuddin and MLAs B. Narayana Reddy, S. Sailajanath and J. Ramaiah were present. Zilla Parishad CEO K. Sripathi Rao, deputy CEO G. Jayapal Reddy were present.
