CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Sunday announced a solatium of Rs. 5 lakh each to the next of kin of two Border Security Force personnel who were killed by terrorists. M. Narayanan belonging to Tuticorin district was killed on duty in Tripura in November last. K. Balakrishnan, hailing from Dindigul district was killed on duty at the Jammu and Kashmir border in April this year.
