NELLORE: A red alert has been sounded in the district following the killing of CPI(Maoist) State secretary Madhav and seven naxalites in the Nallamala forest in Prakasam district on Sunday. As part of the exercise, security measures were tightened at railway stations, bus stands, and other sensitive villages in border mandals of the district.
