CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Assembly on Monday urged the Centre and the State Government to "identify all the destructive forces," responsible for the recent serial blasts in Mumbai and root them out. The Assembly, in a condolence resolution moved by the Speaker, said the House expressed its shock and deep sorrow over the death of over 190 innocent people and injuries to more than 700 persons by the powerful serial blasts in suburban trains in Mumbai on July 11. The blasts were triggered by "inhuman evil forces," with a view to harming national integration. The House condemned the dastardly act that shell-shocked India as well as rest of the world and called upon people to strive together for upholding the country's sovereignty and integrity by eliminating the evil forces. The House expressed deep condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims. The Assembly also adopted a resolution on the loss of lives in the Indonesian tsunami on July 17.
