Three, including 13-year-old boy, killed in road accident

BANGALORE: Three persons, including a 13-year-old boy, were killed in two road accidents reported from Madivala traffic police station limits on Sunday. The police said that on Sunday a lorry hit a motorcycle on which Revanna (32) and his nephew, Jitendra (13), were riding on Hosur Road, off Singasandra. While Jitendra was killed on the spot, Revanna died on the way to a hospital. They were residents of Chennakeshavanagar, off Hosur Road.

In the other incident, Muniyappa (72) was killed after a car hit him on BTM Road on Sunday. Muniyappa was a resident of Customs Officers' Quarters, the police said. The car driver took Muniyappa to a private hospital. But he died while being taken to NIMHANS, the police said.
