BANGALORE: Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has announced the rank list of candidates who appeared for the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET-2006) conducted by the CPAC for admission to ME, M.Tech, M.Arch full-time and part-time courses.

Counselling will be held as per the rank list split up in six series — GF GATE Full Time, GP GATE Part Time, PF Non-GATE Full Time, PP Non-GATE Part Time and SP Sponsored. Admissions will be on merit basis only.

The first round counselling for admission to ME/M.Tech/M.Arch Full Time and Part Time courses of UVCE, UBDTCE and VTU's affiliated engineering colleges, regional centres and extension centres, will be conducted from July 28 to August 1. The Casual Round counselling process will be conducted from August 3 to August 5.

There are 70 ME/M.Tech and two M.Arch full-time and part-time courses run under 49 colleges and nine postgraduate centres. Details on rank list, seats, fee and counselling schedule are on www.pgcet.vtu.ac.in.
