Theatre festival in memory of P.M. Taj

KOZHIKODE : A host of programmes will be organised from Thursday to Saturday here to relive the memories of noted playwright P.M. Taj.

The programmes will be held under the aegis of Purogamana Kala Sahithya Sanghom and P.M. Taj Memorial Committee.

Talking to reporters here on Tuesday, committee general convener T. Sivadas and vice-chairman K.R. Mohandas said the programmes would start with five street-plays performed simultaneously at five venues in the city on July 27.

Jayaprakash Kuloor's `Rangapuja' presented by Arangu Olavanna would be staged at Palayam bus stand premises, while Pask Central Market would present `Chandikalude dukham,' in front of the Medical College and Rachana Mannur would present `Njagalude prathinidhi kombathudu' at LIC Corner.
