Super specialty scheme at SGMH soon

  • Health Minister to inaugurate free gastroenterology camp on July 29
  • Cooperation Minister to inaugurate continuing medical education programme

    PATHANAMTHITTA: St Gregorios Mission Hospital (SGMH) at Parumala will launch a joint venture super-specialty scheme at the hospital in collaboration with Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore.

    Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, hospital executive officer Fr. Alexander Koodarathil said that Health Minister P.K. Sreemathy would inaugurate the free gastroenterology camp as part of the joint venture project at the hospital on July 29.

    Minister for Cooperation and Devaswom G. Sudhakaran would inaugurate the continuing medical education programme and Transport Minister Mathew T. Thomas the Institute of Advanced Training for Medical Professionals (IATMP) at SGMH on the occasion.

    Dr Youhanon Mar Chrysostomos Metropolitan of the Niranom diocese of the Malankara Orthodox Church would preside over the inaugural function to be held at 9 a.m. on July 29.
