BoB celebrates Foundation Day

KOCHI:
Bank of Baroda (BoB) celebrated its 99th Foundation Day on Monday with a customers' meet at Rotary hall, Panampally Nagar. M. L. Jain, AGM, Kerala, presided.
He said that the bank had earned profit all through its 99 years of its existence and that the total business stood at Rs.15,500 crores with operations in 21 countries and 59 overseas branches.
V. Murali, Deputy Labour Welfare Commissioner, Southern Naval Command, was the guest of honour at the function. Vijayalaxmi Murali, Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), was the chief guest. M. Gopalakrishnan of Gemwood, Shyamala Prabhu, Corporation councillor and P.N. Rajagopal, secretary, BEFI, were among those who participated in the function.
