KOLLAM: The Rotary Club of Quilon Lake City has brought out a booklet with a view to educating road-users. Club president K. Harsha Kumar and secretary M.P. Radhakrishan said at a press conference here on Monday that the booklet, Road Suraksha, was primarily meant for high school students. Education Minister M.A. Baby released the booklet at Government Boys High School here on Tuesday. More than 25,000 copies of the booklet will be circulated among the students. The 34-page booklet prescribes what to do and what not to do while using the road, besides giving a detailed account of road signs and signals.
