N. Mahalingam, former Deputy Legal Advisor, Central Bureau of Investigation in Chennai, has been appointed Presiding Officer of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, with effect from July 21. As many as 56 cases were heard on Monday and orders passed in two cases.
