Coimbatore: Classes for undergraduate programmes at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will commence on the various campuses throughout the State, on July 28. In a release, K. Vanangamudi, Dean, Agricultural College, TNAU, said that the programmes included B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering), B.Sc. (Home Science), B.Sc. (Forestry), B.Tech. (Horticulture), B.Tech. (Agricultural Biotechnology), B.Tech. (Bioinformatics), B.Tech. (Food Process Engineering), and B.Tech. (Energy and Environmental Engineering). Students would be admitted to various courses on payment of fees on their respective campuses on July 28. They would be given orientation regarding their studies, on July 29 and 30, so that regular classes could commence on July 31. Transport arrangements from Railway station and bus stand had been made. Buses would ply from Coimbatore Railway Station and Gandhipuram Bus Stand, on July 28.
