Sanra Software marketing pact with SGS

CHENNAI: The Chennai-based Sanra Software has entered into an alliance with SGS, a contact centre software development company, to launch and market ContactPoint, a software for workforce optimisation, which has two components — workforce development and workforce management. "The solution can forecast expected call volumes and enable managers to schedule the right number of agents. It also integrates with the telephone systems so that managers can track important statistics and then make appropriate adjustments", says a release.
