Special counters for SSIs' excise registration

COIMBATORE : The Central Excise Department will open special counters in each division of the Coimbatore Commissionerate to help small-scale manufacturers obtain registration certificates. According to a release from the Coimbatore District Small Industries Association, a help centre of the department functions on the association premises and the decision to open these counters was made following a review of the centre's activities.
