Nipuna's 100 hour recruitment marathon
HYDERABAD:
Nipuna, the city-based BPO arm of Satyam Computer Services, has launched a 100-hour recruitment marathon to end at 4 p.m. on July 31. The record-setting drive was taken up at Nipuna's Cyber Pearl Phase One office in Hitec City. Aiming to hire over 100 associates, the recruitment team was working round-the-clock, conducting interviews and giving out offer letters on the spot. In a release, Nipuna's HR Head, Naresh Jhangiani, said the marathon was all about reaching the target audience and making the process flexible and convenient for them.
