Rakesh Vatash
HUBLI: Rakesh Vatash assumed charge as Divisional Railway Manager of Hubli Division of South Western Railway on Thursday. He took charge from K.D. Mainrai who has been transferred to Central Railway, Mumbai. Prior to his posting here, Mr Vatash was Chief Workshop Engineer of Eastern Railway, Kolkata. Mr. Vatash belongs to the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME). He joined as a special class railway apprentice at Jamalpur in 1974 and graduated in Mechanical Electrical Engineering in 1978.
