Applications for supplementary exam retotalling

Coimbatore: Application forms for retotalling marks and obtaining photostat copies of the answer sheets of candidates who wrote the Higher Secondary School special supplementary examinations, will be available from July 31 to August 2.

A release said that candidates who had appeared for the examinations in June and July could obtain the forms at the offices of District Educational Officers, Regional Deputy Directors of Government Examinations and Chief Educational Officers, besides the Office of the Joint Director (Education), Pondicherry; and Directorate of Government Examinations, Chennai.

Demand draft

Fee for obtaining a photostat copy was Rs. 275 a subject, retotalling for a subject in Tamil, English and biology Rs. 305 and other subjects Rs. 205 each. Applicants should pay through demand draft on any nationalised bank, drawn in favour of `Director, Directorate of Government Examinations, Chennai - 600008'. Completed applications should reach the same offices from which they had been obtained, by 5 p.m. on August 2.
