Power shutdown
TNEB plea to industrial consumers
25 MVA to 50 MVA. The work is programmed from 4 a.m. on Saturday up to 10 a.m. on Monday, says a release from the electricity authorities. During that time supply will be maintained for domestic consumers. However, the industrial consumers of these areas have been requested to change over for generator supply. In case of any emergency arising, loads will be staggered for a period not exceeding an hour in rotation for domestic consumers in Medavakkam, Vengaivasal, Sholinganallur, Chemmenchery, Injambakkam, Pallikaranai, Sembakkam, Karappakkam, Thorappakkam and Perungudy, adds the release.
Philatelic exhibition
