DEHRA DUN: The Union Minister of State for Environment and Forests, Namo Narain Meena, has called upon foresters to develop into masters in social engineering so as to successfully garner maximum public support in conserving forests and wildlife. Delivering the convocation address of the 35th course of Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers at the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy here over the weekend, Mr. Meena voiced the need for an entire set of new ideas for socio economic development through forestry from the passing out trainees. "You have received the best of training and now begins a life long learning process through which you will be expected to meet new challenges as forest officers every day," he said.
