NEW DELHI: Indian Air Force, New Delhi upset defending champion Simla Youngs 3-0 in the semifinal of the second Uttranchal Cup football tournament at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Monday. The winner led 1-0 at the half time. R. Thapliyal scored the opening goal in the 16th minute while Thomas increased the tally in the 39th minute. Kalyan Pal netted in the 53rd minute to complete the scoring for IAF. Earlier, Indian National scored a 1-0 victory over Indian Air Force, Palam, to make it to the final. The goal was scored by goal in the 62nd minute. The final will be played on Wednesday.
