MEMORY TIPS: S. Bharath Chandra interacting with students of MES Kishora Kendra, Malleswaram.
BANGALORE: Memory, they say is what you make it. The more you use it, the sharper it becomes. To make students aware of this important skill, MES Kishora Kendra, Malleswaram, organised a guest lecture by S. Bharath Chandra of Winners Institute. Dr. Bharath Chandra elaborately spoke on various techniques of improving memory. "What you study is not important. What you remember of what you have studied is important," he said. He gave tips on how to study, how long to study, when to study, how to manage difficult subjects, how to study for a longer time and how to manage examination fear. Dr. Chandra told students to develop positive mental attitude. "All of us operate through the glasses we have. If you have pessimistic glasses, you see gloom everywhere. If you have optimistic glasses, you see possibilities," he said. Later, students posed questions and Dr. Chandra clarified their doubts. Headmistress Kasturi Parthasarathy welcomed the gathering. Principal R. K. Prahlada Rao was present.
Investiture
Anand K. and Shifa Raheel were elected the head boy and head girl respectively. Nissar Ahmed, secretary of the institution, and Mr. Shah, management member, congratulated the elected members.
