Pyramid Saimira files prospectus with SEBI

CHENNAI: Pyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd., the largest theatre chain company, has filed a prospectus with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for issue of equity shares on 100 per cent book building method for Rs. 84.44 crore. This issue is to part finance the first phase expansion of the company's mega digital theatre chain project, according to a company release.
