Sanovi Tech secures additional funding

BANGALORE: Sanovi Technologies Inc., a leading business continuity and disaster recovery solutions company, announced on Tuesday that it has secured a further $6.1million financing led by Advanced Technology Ventures (ATV). The company plans to use the proceeds to expand its operations in North America and India and also increase its R & D spend. Sanovi, headquartered in Woburn, U.S., has a large R&D team in Bangalore, with support and service teams in New Delhi and Mumbai.
