Hinduja TMT Q1 net up

BANGALORE: Hinduja TMT, the IT unit owned by the Hinduja Group, has reported a more than three-fold increase in its net profit for the quarter ended June 30 at Rs. 8.07 crore against Rs. 2.44 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The operating income for the first quarter jumped to Rs. 79.80 crore from Rs. 34.57 crore in the year ago quarter, a company statement said here.
