BANGKOK: The Constitution Court of Thailand on Tuesday extended the deadline for three political parties to present their defence on charges which is punishable by dissolution. The High Court said the judicial review on the electoral fraud case involving five parties would begin after the October 15 election. ``The court has extended the deadline for defence preparations for a month and will decide on another extension if deemed necessary,'' court secretary general said. The five parties were involved in charges relating to the bankrolling of small parties to contest the April 2 election. Xinhua
