TDSAT rejects petition on ADC

NEW DELHI: Even as BSNL is challenging the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India's decision to cut access deficit charge (ADC), the Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Authority has rejected petitions of basic telecom service providers, challenging a similar cut on ADC payable to them.
