U-13 chess tournament

CHENNAI: Rotary District 3230 and Capa Chess Academy will jointly organise the 19th State under-13 tournament for the Dolphin Trophies from Aug. 14-20 at the Indian Red Cross Society. Those born on after Jan. 1, 1993 are eligible to take part. Each district can send two entries in each category.
