Forum's directive to power consumers

HYDERABAD: The Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum at Central Power Distribution Company Ltd., has asked consumers to approach the forum with written application.

The Redressal Forum so far resolved 31 complaints of consumers related to billing issues, meter complaints, interruptions, name transfers, title transfers and other operation and maintenance works.

The forum would function in addition to the problem solving mechanism at field level. Consumers should mention details of the issue in the application and submit it in the forum located at Sitaram Mansion Building, 3rd floor, Opp: Singareni Bhavan, Red Hills, Ph.No.94408813914 (Chairperson) and 9440813914.
