`Food for the Hungry' project launch tomorrow

KOCHI:
The `Food for the Hungry' project of Yoga Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation Trust, Kochi, will be inaugurated by Fisheries Minister S. Sarma on Thursday.
Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, organisers of the trust said the project was formulated with the aim of providing food for the needy who are deprived of food in the city. Mayor Mercy Williams will preside over the function, which will be held at the office of the trust at Veekshanam Road.
K.V. Thomas, MLA, will inaugurate the distribution of food. Corporation councillor Leno Jacob, Gandhi Peace Foundation secretary V.P.G. Marar and Paravur Dhyanasramam director K.D. Pradeep will offer felicitation. Food distribution will be held at the venue after the inaugural function.
