Nitesh Estates to set up SEZ in Mangalore

BANGALORE : Nitesh Estates, the real estate division of the Nitesh group, has proposed to set up a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Mangalore. According to a company release, a two million sq. ft. facility will be developed in Ganjimutt. The SEZ, which is expected to be completed by early 2009, will have a state-of-the-art IT space with a training centre and R& D and support infrastructure, such as housing for employees. The proposed project will provide employment to over 10,000 people, the release said.
