Dewan Housing hikes home loans floating rate

BANGALORE: Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) has hiked interest rates for retail home loans by 100 basis points with effect from August 1. The new variable rate will be 9.5 per cent, Shivkumar Mani, Head, Marketing, DHFL, said in a statement. The fixed rates have not been revised.
