New Highways Secretary

NEW DELHI: Vijay Singh took charge as Secretary, Road Transport and Highways, on Wednesday.

He succeeds L.K. Joshi, who has taken over as Secretary, Department of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.

Mr. Singh was Secretary (AYUSH) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh. He has also held several other important assignments in the State and Central Governments.
