Meeting on Malleswaram underpass postponed

Bangalore: Discussions between the Government and the BMP regarding the Malleswaram grade separator, which was to be held on Wednesday, have been postponed to Thursday. Health Minister R. Ashok, who had ordered the work to be stopped on Tuesday after protests from residents, was supposed to chair the meeting but he was out of town.

Malleswaram Swabhimana Initiative president Sumathi Rao said the organisation had not been invited to the meeting to present its views despite having opposed the project all along.
