Mindteck revenues up in Q1

BANGALORE: Mindteck India, an IT services company, has reported a total revenue (on a consolidated basis) of Rs. 27.49 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2006 against Rs. 8.34 crore in the corresponding period last year. The net profit for the quarter was Rs. 2.09 crore against Rs. 40 lakh recorded in the corresponding period last year. The Group Chief Executive Officer, P. A. Ananthanarayanan, said, "The consolidated results for the first quarter incorporates the results of ISS Consultants, the company acquired by Mindteck of the U.S. and is a validation of our strategy of augmenting organic growth with profitable acquisitions."
