CPI leader Narasimha Rao passes away

HYDERABAD: A veteran Communist leader and one of the key people responsible for growth of the Communist Party of India in West Godavari district Marella Narasimha Rao (81) passed away in Hyderabad on Thursday.

CPI secretary K. Narayana in a statement issued here condoled the death of Narasimha Rao stating that his death was an irreparable loss for the party in West Godavari. Mr. Narayana placed wreath on the body of the late leader and paid his tributes. CPI MP S. Sudhakar Reddy in another statement said that the party would be indebted to the leader for his contribution in building the party in West Godavari. The leaders extended their condolences to the members of the family.
