Oriental Bank of Commerce hikes deposit rates

CHENNAI: Oriental Bank of Commerce has revised the interest rate for domestic term deposits effective from August 1. According to K. Srinivas, Regional Head of Chennai region, senior citizens can look forward to a maximum rate of 9-9.25 per cent respectively, for deposits of less than Rs. 15 lakhs and more than Rs. 15 lakhs placed with the bank for 8-10 years.
