SRIKAKULAM: Two persons, atop a tree which was encircled by flood water, have been desperate shouting for help. It is not known how they were caught in such a situation. They have been waving their hands and crying for help since morning. The tree was located at some distance from Dusi village which was also marooned. Efforts were made to reach them but in vain because of swirling waters of Nagavali in that area. A boat was sent in the evening to rescue them.
